Hoi An Old Town is located 30km south of Danang City, and 60km northeast of Tam Ky. Hoi An used to be an international trade center by sea on the east area in the 16th and 17th centuries. It was the busiest trading port in Dang Trong region of Vietnam during the reign of Nguyen as merchants from Japan, China, Portugal, Spain, Holland...often stopped over to exchange and purchase commodities. Good to give some ideas what commodities being traded here during the period.. In the historical progress of establishment and development, Hoi An was known by foreign merchants as Faifo, Haisfo, Hoai pho. Based on archeological relics and early records of architectural dwellings. Hoi An was also an important meeting place of many cultures, such as Champa, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Japanese and Chinese, and has been greatly impacted upon by Vietnamese and Chinese civilisation.

HO CHI MINH CITY - DA NANG - HOI AN (4D – 3N)
The Centre of Viet Nam is well-known as a heritage region where visitors can together explore a range of ancient cultural sites. From Da Nang, the first stop is at the Cham Museum which houses the finest collection of Champa sculptures. Continue to visit the Marble Mountains - a scenic spot with mysterious caves, sacred temples, shrines, pagodas and a great view of the surrounding area. The caves can only be reached by climbing steep steps – trying it for once to challenge yourselves.
Hoi An, which was known to early Western merchants and one of the major trading centres of the Southeast Asia in the 16th century, has a distinctive Chinese atmosphere with low, tiled-roofed houses and narrow streets; in which the original structures of some of these streets are still virtually intact. Take an excursion to visit some major highlights of this ancient city: the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, the 200- year- old Tan Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda and the vibrant local market. Don’t forget to enjoy your shopping on silk lanterns and clothings.
A hundred kilometers away from Hoi An is Hue - the ancient Kingdom of Nguyen Dynasty. Coming here and take a short excursion to visit the Imperial Citadel  including Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple City. 
The rest of the day is for visiting Thien Mu pagoda – the symbol of Hue. Embark on a boat for cruising downstream on the Perfume River to Trang Tien Bridge.
Day 01, HO CHI MINH CITY – DA NANG                     L, D                                           
Transfer visitors to Tan Son Nhat airport, fly to Da Nang. Upon arrival in Da Nang, pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in. The rest of the day is free for your own exploration. Overnight in Da Nang.
              

Day 02, CITY TOUR OF DA NANG                               B, L, D                                             
Have breakfast at hotel. Visit Da Nang City. The first stop is at the Cham Museum which houses the finest collection of Champa sculptures; some of which may date back to as early as 7th century. Head for the Marble Mountains, a scenic spot with mysterious caves, sacred temples, shrines, pagodas and a great view of the surrounding area. The caves can only be reached by climbing steep steps- a great adventurous experience.  
In the afternoon, free at leisure. Overnight in Da Nang.
Day 03, DA NANG – HOI AN                                          B, L, D                                     
Have breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Hoi An. Arrive in Hoi An only after a 15-minute drive. Hoi An, which is known to early Western merchants as one of the major trading centres of Southeast Asia in the 16th century. Hoi An has a distinctive Chinese atmosphere with low, tiled-roofed houses and narrow streets; the original structures of some of these streets are still virtually intact.
In the afternoon, take an excursion to visit some major highlights of this ancient city: the famous Japanese Covered Bridge, the Museum of Trade Ceramics, the 200- year- old Tan Ky House, and the vibrant local market. Have dinner with dishes of specialties of Hoi An: White rose cakes, Mi Quang & Cao Lau noodles.
Overnight in Hoi An.
             

Day 04, HOI AN – DA NANG – HO CHI MINH CITY        B
Have breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure until departure. Transfer to Da Nang for departure flight. Pick up at Tan Son Nhat airport. Transfer to the original point.

Visitors need to bring Passport (valid at least 6 months from the end of the day tour). Especially, overseas Vietnamese need to bring green card with Visa, papers to re-enter Vietnam.
Check in hotel after 14:00 and check out before 12:00.
